This is a publicly accessible archive resource cataloguing surviving recordings of productions and broadcasts by Independent Radio Drama Productions Ltd, known as IRDP which was active between 1987 and 2004.

It was a not for profit arts organisation dedicated to producing drama for radio and stage theatre and had a home at LBC Radio in London throughout its existence.

Its own web-site designed and developed by Marja Giejgo has been preserved and frozen for public access. This site is a record of the holdings currently being preserved and catalogued in the Department of Media & Communications at Goldsmiths, University of London.

IRDP contracts allowed online representation of their productions in audio extracts of up to 3 minutes for the purposes of education. Researchers interested in examining scripts, paper-work and listening to the full-length recordings will have to make an enquiry to find out if research access is feasible and practicable. The college and university will have to make a charge.
